Advice starts with understanding the business
Uptime focuses on critical infrastructure services. Available website tools accept businesses from other sectors too. Tool results do not determine whether an advisory engagement is appropriate.
The earnings calculator
When available, the calculator adds annual pre-tax profit to one owner’s salary and benefits already deducted in arriving at that profit. Revenue is shown separately and is not added. Use the same last-12-month period, in US dollars. Losses and zero remain distinct from missing information.
The result is a preliminary owner-earnings subtotal. It is not full seller’s discretionary earnings (SDE), EBITDA, an appraisal or a business value. Other adjustments have not been reviewed. No business value range is currently available.
Company and buyer research
Where enabled, research uses public website evidence to propose a company profile for your confirmation. A source can be incomplete or outdated. Research failures and missing evidence remain visible; you can contact Daniel when a profile is incomplete or incorrect.
Preliminary buyer results use reviewed evidence and deterministic matching. A potential fit does not mean the buyer has expressed interest in your company, has available financing or will complete a transaction. Current appetite and execution ability require separate diligence. Coverage is incomplete.
Valuation evidence
A numerical valuation requires a compatible, advisor-approved policy and clearly identified financial inputs. Completed transactions, announced deals, asking prices, public-market observations and advisor scenarios are different kinds of evidence. AI does not set valuation multiples or approve conclusions. No commercial valuation policy is currently configured for the website.
Human responsibility
AI can assist research and drafting. Daniel reviews advisory work and leads relationships and negotiations. Financial exhibits must tie to the reviewed financial version; the seller approves confidential releases. Legal, tax and accounting specialists provide their respective professional advice.
